Our policies are clear and transparent at every stage. We also include them in our emails and on your holiday voucher so that you can refer to them at any time.
Standard policy
To confirm your stay, a deposit equal to 30% of the cost of your stay (minimum €100) will be required via bank transfer or charged to your card.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival (with the deposit refunded to the customer).
For cancellations after this deadline, we will retain the deposit as a penalty.
The balance is required upon arrival at the property.
Booking and cancellation policies other than the standard ones are always applicable; these will always be clearly indicated to the customer at the time of booking.
No-Show Policies
In the event of a no-show, the customer will be charged a total amount equal to 70% of the booking, as compensation for the loss of income. A no-show is defined as the customer’s failure to show up or cancellation of the stay after 00:01 on the day of arrival.
Our apartments are available from 4pm on the day of arrival. However, if you arrive in San Vito Lo Capo before check-in time, we will be at your disposal to get your holiday started right away!
Our reception is open 24 hours a day. If you let us know your expected arrival time, our staff will be able to organise themselves to welcome you.
Apartments must be vacated by 9:00 a.m., but you can take advantage of our dedicated services if you are departing later in the day.
For guests arriving and departing outside check-in/out times, Poseidon Residence offers free outdoor car parking, luggage storage, use of facilities and common areas with TV and children’s books. The balance for services is payable on arrival, but we will be at your disposal throughout your stay!
Accommodation is granted for use by the number of persons declared and agreed in advance with the management, including children of all ages.
For legal and hygiene reasons, al Poseidon strictly prohibits overnight or daytime guests, even for short visits.
We are not equipped to accommodate families with pets, but we offer accommodation solutions, La Noria holiday homes, for those who have this requirement.
DAILY CLEANING
The apartment you choose will be your holiday home, but we will take care of it.
After a good night’s sleep, all you have to think about is your holiday in San Vito Lo Capo.
We will take care of the daily cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms!

LINEN
You won’t have to worry about a thing during your holiday in San Vito Lo Capo. You will find clean sheets and towels in the apartment, changed every three days and included in the price!
UTILITY COSTS AND CLEANING INCLUDED
All utility costs and final cleaning are included, with no surprises.
We are committed to respecting the environment while ensuring maximum comfort.
PARKING
A car will be very useful for exploring western Sicily. We offer two different parking options: free parking in an open area with controlled access, or parking in the shade in our video-monitored garage.

Ours is a family-run aparthotel, but professionalism and training are key for our entire team. Even when everything is planned and well organised, we are always ready to meet any need: our staff is available with a 24-hour reception service.

The Wi-Fi service is free and fast everywhere, even in the apartments.
BICYCLES
Cycle to the lighthouse or discover hidden corners. Bicycles are available for all ages, with the option of adding child seats and helmets. They are free of charge, but subject to availability.
EXCURSION EQUIPMENT
Those who wish to explore nearby beaches or relax on the public beach can still shelter from the sun with our parasols. There is also plenty of fun to be had on the beach for younger guests: we will provide you with lilo mats and games for children.
BABY EQUIPMENT
Our apartments are equipped with everything you need for a holiday with children. A travel cot, toilet seat reducer, high chair and much more are available on request before your arrival.
PRIVATE BEACH SERVICE
If you don’t want to miss a single minute of relaxation, you can book our beach service, with comfortable parasols and sun loungers on a section of beach reserved for our guests. Our lifeguard is on hand to make your stay on the bay even more comfortable, and the rescue service will make everything even easier and carefree!

WELCOME SHOPPING
A small welcome shopping basket, a treat that will allow you to immediately get to know our philosophy of hospitality. Welcome shopping baskets, in two variants, consisting of a selection of 100% Sicilian, high-quality products. They will save you precious time that you would otherwise spend going to the supermarket.

COMMON WASHING MACHINE
Forget about coming home with kilos of laundry to wash. Wash your clothes in our common washing machine and leave them to dry on the clothes horse provided in your flat.
TRANSFER SERVICES
We only use authorised professionals. We can arrange transfers for you to/from Trapani and Palermo airports or to other unmissable locations.
EXCURSIONS
We want your holiday to be full of relaxation and fun. There are so many places to discover, by land or by sea: Erice, Trapani, Palermo, Segesta, the Zingaro Nature Reserve or the Egadi Islands. We can recommend the best excursions to make your holiday in Sicily unforgettable!
