Booking and cancellation policy
Our policies are clear and transparent at every stage. We also include them in our emails and on your holiday voucher so that you can refer to them at any time.
Standard policy
To confirm your stay, a deposit equal to 30% of the cost of your stay (minimum €100) will be required via bank transfer or charged to your card.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival (with the deposit refunded to the customer).
For cancellations after this deadline, we will retain the deposit as a penalty.
The balance is required upon arrival at the property.
Booking and cancellation policies other than the standard ones are always applicable; these will always be clearly indicated to the customer at the time of booking.
No-Show Policies
In the event of a no-show, the customer will be charged a total amount equal to 70% of the booking, as compensation for the loss of income. A no-show is defined as the customer’s failure to show up or cancellation of the stay after 00:01 on the day of arrival.
Check-in /Check-out
Our apartments are available from 4pm on the day of arrival. However, if you arrive in San Vito Lo Capo before check-in time, we will be at your disposal to get your holiday started right away!
Our reception is open 24 hours a day. If you let us know your expected arrival time, our staff will be able to organise themselves to welcome you.
Apartments must be vacated by 9:00 a.m., but you can take advantage of our dedicated services if you are departing later in the day.
For guests arriving and departing outside check-in/out times, Poseidon Residence offers free outdoor car parking, luggage storage, use of facilities and common areas with TV and children’s books. The balance for services is payable on arrival, but we will be at your disposal throughout your stay!
Use of the flats
Accommodation is granted for use by the number of persons declared and agreed in advance with the management, including children of all ages.
For legal and hygiene reasons, al Poseidon strictly prohibits overnight or daytime guests, even for short visits.
We are not equipped to accommodate families with pets, but we offer accommodation solutions, La Noria holiday homes, for those who have this requirement.
DAILY CLEANING
Daily tidying of bedrooms and bathrooms is included for the entire stay!
Daily cleaning of the kitchenette and outdoor areas can be booked at a cost of €20 per day.
LINEN
A supply of bed linen, towels, and kitchen linens is provided every three days.
Any extra supply on request is available at a cost of €15 per set of linens.
UTILITY COSTS AND CLEANING INCLUDED
All utilities and final cleaning are included.
PARKING
We offer two different parking options:
Outdoor parking in a controlled-access area, free of charge, subject to availability.
Covered, video-monitored garage parking, by reservation, at a cost of €5 per night.
24-HOUR RECEPTION
Our staff is available 24/7 at the reception desk.
FREE WI-FI IN ALL APARTMENTS
Wi-Fi is free and fast everywhere, including in the apartments.
BICYCLES
Free bicycles for leisure rides are available on-site for all ages, while supplies last. Accessories such as child seats and helmets can be added.
EQUIPMENT FOR THE BEACH
Beach umbrellas and children’s toys are available free of charge, while supplies last.
BABY EQUIPMENT
Our apartments are fully equipped free of charge with everything needed for a vacation with children: travel crib, toilet reducer, high chair, bed rail, potty, baby bath, changing table, and diaper pail.
You can request a lightweight stroller, baby carrier, or trekking carrier at a cost of €5 each per day.
PRIVATE BEACH SERVICE
Our beach service is available by advance reservation and while supplies last.
Umbrella + 2 sunbeds:
- €25 for the first row, position varying daily;
- €20 for the second row, position varying daily;
- €15 for a standard position, starting from the third row, position varying daily.
A surcharge of €5 per spot per day applies in July and August.
The service is provided from the day after check-in until the day of departure (unless otherwise requested at the time of booking), from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
The beach service is available while supplies last.
Families with 3 adults, or 2 adults + 1 child over 10 years old, must also reserve a director’s chair at €5/day.
Families with two children over 10 years old must reserve 2 spots.
A lifeguard assistant from our team is present on the beach, in addition to the standard lifeguard service.
BEACH TOWELS
Beach towel rental: €4 per towel.

Two Welcome Grocery Packages, in Two Options:
BREAKFAST €40
Sicilian, high-quality products (sugar excluded):
- 6 x 1L bottles of still water in glass
- 1 pack of napkins/paper towels
- 1 liter of cow’s milk or plant-based milk
- 1 liter of fruit juice
- 1 pack of artisanal cookies
- 1 pack of artisanal toasted bread/rusks (or similar)
- 250 g of locally roasted coffee
- 250 g of Trapani salt
- 1 trio of jams/spreadable creams
- 500 g of brown sugar
FAMILY €80
A gastronomic experience with high-quality Sicilian products:
- 6 x 1L bottles of still water in glass
- 1 pack of paper towels
- 1 liter of cow’s milk or plant-based milk
- 1 liter of fruit juice
- 1 pack of artisanal cookies
- 1 pack of crunchy baked goods
- 250 g of locally roasted coffee
- 500 g of brown sugar
- 250 g of Trapani salt
- 1 trio of assorted jams/spreadable creams
- 500 g of short Sicilian pasta
- 500 g of long Sicilian pasta
- 2 Sicilian-made pestos
- 1 jar of local tuna products
- 250 ml of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Sicilian beers
COMMON WASHING MACHINE
Shared washing machine (including detergent) at a cost of €4.00 per wash.
TRANSFER SERVICES
We can arrange a transfer service to/from Trapani and Palermo Airports, or to other unmissable destinations.
Quote available upon request, depending on the route and number of passengers.
SHOWER SERVICE
Shower service with hot water and towel on the day of departure (after check-out) at a cost of €5.00 per person.
