Poseidon Residence is an apart-hotel that welcomes couples, families, and groups of friends with dedicated attention, a wide range of accommodation options, and barrier-free apartments.
Our property is like a hotel, but it has larger accommodation units equipped with a full kitchen.
We know well that every traveler has their own habits, but everyone looks for cleanliness, comfort, and autonomy.
Our standards are those of a four-star establishment with tailor-made services, just like a hotel which, instead of rooms, offers large apartments with a private veranda, and whose services are fully customizable.

DAILY TIDY-UP
The apartment you choose will be your holiday home, but we will take care of it for you. After a good start to the day, all you have to think about is your holiday in San Vito Lo Capo. We will take care of the daily tidying of the rooms and bathrooms!

For your holiday in San Vito Lo Capo, you won’t have to worry about a thing. You will find clean and fresh sheets and towels in the apartment, with a change every three days already included in the price!

Ours is a family-run apart-hotel, but professionalism and training involve our entire team. Even when everything is planned and well organized, we are always ready to meet any need: our staff is available with a 24/7 reception service.

BIKES
A ride towards the lighthouse or to discover hidden corners.
We have cruiser bicycles available for all ages, with the option to add children’s seats and helmets; they are free of charge, but subject to availability.
EQUIPMENT FOR EXCURSION
Those who wish to explore nearby beaches or relax on the free beach can still shelter from the sun with our complimentary beach umbrellas. There is also plenty of room for fun on the beach for the little ones: we will provide you with air mattresses (or floats) and toys for the children.

Our apartments are equipped with all the necessary provisions for a holiday with children.
You can request a travel cot, a toilet seat reducer, a high chair, and much more to discover, all of which you can ask for before your arrival at the property.
PRIVATE BEACH SERVICE
If you don’t want to miss even a minute of relaxation, you can book our beach service, featuring comfortable sun umbrellas and loungers in a section of the beach reserved for our guests. A lifeguard is present in the area to make your stay on the bay even more comfortable; the rescue service will make everything even more carefree and relaxing!

A welcome grocery pack, a treat that will allow you to immediately get to know our philosophy of hospitality.
Welcome packs are available in two variants, composed of a selection of 100% high-quality Sicilian products. They will save you valuable time that you would otherwise spend going to the supermarket.
SHARED LAUNDRY
Forget about returning home with kilograms of clothes to wash.
Do your laundry in our communal washing machine and you can leave your clean clothes to dry on the clothesline provided in your apartment.
TRANSFER SERVICES
We rely only on authorized professionals. We can arrange a transfer service for you from/to the airports of Trapani and Palermo or to other must-see locations.
EXCURSIONS
We want your holiday to be full of relaxation and fun. There are many places to discover, by land or by sea: Erice, Trapani, Palermo, Segesta, the Zingaro Nature Reserve (Riserva dello Zingaro), or the Egadi Islands.
