Services & Conditions

After a good awakening you will have to think only about your holiday in San Vito Lo Capo.
We will take care of the daily reorganization of rooms and bathrooms (terraces and kitchenette excluded).

Sheets and towels always clean and fresh.
We will provide you with clean linen (bath, bed and kitchen) in the apartment three times a week.

Children are welcome. Don’t worry about anything!
Book the camping bed to make it rest well and the high chair to keep it at the table in good company!

Outdoor parking space with video surveillance (based on availability, alternatively see extra price parking space)

We are always ready to meet any need, even if we know you will feel at home!
Our staff is present with a reception service 24 / 24h

Stay connected, share photos of your holiday or send important job emails.
The wi-fi service is free everywhere, even in the apartments. At the reception you can also use an internet point.

A ride to the lighthouse or to the discovery of hidden corners.
Ask for the walking bicycles, they are free, until exhausted.

All consumption and final cleaning are included.

If you want to spend some time at the Riserva dello Zingaro or at Baia Santa Margherita or you like to choose the place you prefer on the free beach, you can still take shelter from the sun with our umbrellas.
Do you want to have fun in the water with mats or games for the kids? We will be happy to provide you with them.

If you do not want to give up even a minute of relaxation you can book our beach service.
The cost of an umbrella and two beds is € 25.00 – for the first row € 20.00 for the second row – € 15.00 for the other rows. €5 more per position/per day on July and August.
The service has to be reserved, subject to availability, and it is provided from the day after check-in until the day of departure (unless otherwise agreed).
Families with kids older than 10 years old have to reserve 4 lounges + 2 beach umbrella
One of our beach assistants is present.

Lighten your suitcase, leave the beach towels at home!
You can rent them from us for € 4,00 per towel.

A welcome grocery shopping, a treat that will allow you to know our hospitality right away.
Two variants welcome shopping bags, 30 or 70 euro, having a slection of 100% Sicilian and high quality products. They will give you the opportunity not to waste precious time going to the supermarket.

Forget the return home with kg of clothes to wash.
You can use the common washing machine at a cost of € 4.00 for washing included soap.
You can let the clean cloths dry in the special drying rack in your apartment.

We rely only on authorized professionals. We can arrange for you the transfer service to / from the airports of Trapani and Palermo or other unmissable locations.

The day of departure you can stay at the beach as much as you want! We put at your disposal a comfortable shower service and we also give you clean towels!
The cost of the service is € 5.00 per person.
