- Apartments can be entered from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9am on the day of departure. Guests may use the parking facilities on arrival and departure days.

- The prices quoted include tax, light, gas, air conditioning, daily room cleaning (except for kitchen and balcony), change of linen (from room, kitchen and bath) three times a week, parking car and reception 24/24 hours service.

- Accomodation may only be used for the stated number of people.

- Animals are not permitted.
