The POSEIDON residence RTA**** is a 4 stars residence-hotel. It opened in July 2001 and it's located in the centre of the town, close to the seaside (The beach is only 100 metres away).All apartments are furnished, equipped with dishes, towels and bed linen, air conditioning, electric oven, kitchen, fridge, tv colour, direct dial telephone, beach umbrella, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Each apartment has a small balcony or patio. The apartments may only be used for the stated number of people (two to four people for apartment).

APARTMENT TYPES:

- ONE-ROOM APARTMENTS on the ground floor, consisting of one room (25 square metres), a small kitchen, closet, shower, courtyard, small fountain and garden table.

- ONE-ROOM APARTMENTS on the first floor, consisting of one room (26 square metres), a small kitchen, shower, small balcony, staircase to the solarium terrace.

- TWO-ROOM APARTMENTS on the ground floor, consisting of a living room with a small kitchen and sofa-bed, shower, bedroom with medium-sized bed (140cm) and a courtyard with a small fountain, umbrella beach and garden table.

- TWO-ROOM APARTMENTS on the first floor, consisting of a living room, bedroom, shower and a veranda with a garden table and a staircase to the solarium terrace.

- MAXI ONE-ROOM apartments similar to those on the ground floor, but larger.
