The prices quoted include:

-  light, gas, air conditioning,

- daily room cleaning (except for kitchen and balcony),

- change of linen (from room, kitchen and bath) three times a week,

- final cleaning of apartment and objet courtesy initial,

- parking car and reception 24/24 hours service.

Service in extra price:

- tax , €1 for person for day (eccept children under 10).

- cleaning daily angle cooking and balconies; 
 
- read assistant and you entertain diurnal; 
 
- daily supply of laundry; 
 
- rental cloths sea and nautical spiaggine; 
 
- sea service of I lay down and ombrelloni directly in the beach; 
 
- autonomous use of washer machine for personal suits; 
 
- external laundry of personal suits; showers over schedule delivery lodgings; 
 
- WI FI; 
 
- baby's service sitting and of transfer from airports, hands, railway stations.  
 
Animals are not permitted.
Accomodation may only be used for the stated number of people.

Renting terms
Apartments can be entered from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9am on the day of departure. Guests may use the parking facilities on arrival and departure days.

The POSEIDON residence RTA**** is a 4 stars residence-hotel. It opened recently and it’s located in the centre of the town, close to the seaside (the beach is only 100 metres away).
All apartments are furnished with dishes, towels and bed linen, air-conditioning, small kitchen, electric oven, fridge, iron and ironing board, safety cassette, colour T.V, telephone, hair dryer, umbrella beach.
Every apartment has small terraces on the outside.
The apartments vary from two single to four/five beds. Examples:
ONE ROOM APARTMENTS (STUDIOS) on the ground floor, consisting of a room (25 square metres), a small kitchen, closet, shower, a courtyard, small fountain and garden table.
ONE ROOM APARTMENTS (STUDIOS) on the first floor, consisting of a room (26 square metres) with a small kitchen, shower, staircase to the solarium terrace (not furnished).
TWO ROOMS APARTAMENTS on the ground floor (40 meter2 + outdoor), consisting of a living room with a small kitchen and sofa-bed, shower, bedroom with medium-sized bed (145cm) and a courtyard with a small fountain, beach umbrella and a garden table.
TWO ROOMS APARTMENTS on the first floor (40 meter2 + outdoor), consisting of a living room, a bedroom (with medium-sized bed 145cm), shower and a veranda with a garden table and a staircase to the solarium terrace.
TWO ROOMS APARTMENTS on the first floor (35 meter2 + outdoor), consisting of a living room, a bedroom (with medium-sized bed 145cm), shower and a veranda with a garden table and a staircase to the solarium terrace.
MAXI ONE ROOM APARTMENTS (big STUDIOS) similar to those on the ground floor, but larger (33 meter2 + outdoor).

THE RESERVATION IS MADE BY SENDING PAYMENT OF 30% RULE IS THE BALANCE ON ARRIVAL.

CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR ACCOMODATION FROM 11 June TO 8 September :

FOR CANCELLATIONS DURING THE PREVIOUS 30 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL RETURNING 1/2 'of the deposit OR MOVING TO ANOTHER TERM IN THE BOOK OF THE SEASON, IF AVAILABLE AND ANOTHER CONDITIONS.
FOR CANCELLATIONS DURING THE MONTH PRECEDING THE DAY OF ARRIVAL, YOU LOSE THE AMOUNT PAID AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.

CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR JOURNEY FROM September 8 to 11 June:

FOR CANCELLATIONS DURING THE PREVIOUS 15 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL RETURNING META 'of the deposit OR MOVING TO ANOTHER TERM IN THE BOOK OF THE SEASON, IF AVAILABLE AND CONDITIONS RICONCORDANDO.
CANCELLATION FOR TWO WEEKS DURING THE PRECEDING THE DAY OF ARRIVAL, YOU LOSE THE AMOUNT PAID AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
